DSC01295After approximately one month in office, Rachel Notley and the NDP Majority government of Alberta are working hard to represent Alberta as they were elected to do. Funding for schools, done. Election financing reform, done with everyone voting for it! A couple of minor problems, dealt with. The NDP majority even look to be working with the opposition as an opposition Liberal member has been appointed to a board to review some aspects of health care. The wild conservatives asked that small business taxes be lowered one poorcent, refused. Minimum wage is going up. And  at http://alberta.ca/release.cfm?xID=382201F08E932-0934-F591-9820A6FA93C90156 you can see how Rachel Notley and the NDP Majority government have even apologized to the First Nations, Metis and Inuit people. Something the federal government should also do.

In the first month in office Rachel Notley and the NDP Majority government of Alberta have done more for Alberta than the last government did in 44 years. Which is what is needed on the Federal level. A government that is there for the country instead of there just for the lie of “Billionaires need more and the people need less.”
