CBC News – Canada – 20% of Canadian teens not in school in 2008.
25 % in Alberta. If you look at Dave Dowlings $10 Billion dollar vision page, you will notice there is $1 billion for schools and libraries. As the article at cbc points out, 1 billion is just the start.
I wonder if all those police in schools ready to tazer students has anything to do with such a high drop out rate?

Police in schools, did they get that from the taliban? when I went to school, there was no such thing.
At hundreds of thousands of tax dollars per police person, it looks to be a large waste of money and resources that could actually go towards catching criminals. 

 Did you ever vote to have police in schools? Do you even vote?
